Information you send

The contact and partner forms can collect your name, business email, phone number, company, employee range, identity platform, cyber-insurance timing, whether your business operates an AI system, referral source, and the message you write.

The Shadow AI Self-Check runs in your browser. If you ask for the written result, your answers and domain scores are sent to the site long enough to create that email. The lead database stores your contact details, company and size if supplied, renewal range, overall score, and result band. It does not store the individual answers or domain scores.

Technical information

Cloudflare necessarily receives network information, including your IP address, when it delivers the site. Binary Rogue uses that address to create a shortened, salted hash for form-abuse prevention. The raw IP address is not written to the lead database. The hash exists only in the rate-limit table and is removed by the daily purge after it is more than 24 hours old — no later than about 48 hours after creation.

Binary Rogue does not store your browser identifier, country, referrer, marketing query parameters, or tracking cookies in its lead database. The site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics.

Why we use it

• Respond to your inquiry and determine whether the requested service fits.
• Prepare and send the self-check result you requested.
• Prevent automated abuse of the public forms.
• Maintain a short prospect record so the conversation has context.

Where it goes

Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form-processing Worker, and stores the short-term lead record in D1. Zoho Mail sends acknowledgements and requested self-check results and carries ordinary business correspondence. These providers process information for Binary Rogue to deliver those services.

Binary Rogue does not sell or rent website information and does not disclose it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when required to respond to lawful process, protect the site, or complete a business transaction involving the company, subject to the safeguards applicable to that transaction.

How long we keep it

• Website lead records: 90 days from submission. Every record has a deletion date, and an automated job removes expired records daily.
• Rate-limit hashes: more than 24 hours old at the next daily purge, and no later than about 48 hours after creation.
• Email correspondence: normally no more than 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless the conversation becomes a client engagement or a longer period is needed for a legal or recordkeeping reason.

Deletion removes the record from the active database or mailbox. Cloudflare and Zoho may retain deleted material for a limited recovery or backup period under their own service policies before final removal from their systems.

If a prospect becomes a client, engagement records are handled under the executed agreements and the client-evidence retention schedule. The original website lead record still expires after 90 days.

Your choices

The self-check displays its score without asking for an email. Sending a form is optional. You can ask what website information Binary Rogue holds about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing scope@binaryrogue.ai. Binary Rogue may ask you to verify the email address before acting on the request and may retain a minimal record where required for legal or security purposes.

Security and changes

Access to the lead store requires an administrative credential, and the public forms use a honeypot, rate limiting, request-size limits, and optional Cloudflare Turnstile. No internet service can promise absolute security.

This site is directed to businesses, not children. If this notice or the site's data practices change materially, the effective date above will change with them.
